Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel where the rooms were clean and comfortable, albeit smaller than expected with no air conditioning. The service was friendly but seemed a bit under pressure at times. The location was great, right at the top of town, making it easy to explore bars, cafes, and the beach. The dining experience was of a high standard, although breakfast came at an additional cost. Overall, a nice spot for a short stay.
The hotel was a wonderful home away from home with a perfect location close to the beach and all amenities. The rooms were small with no view and a bit noisy due to a crowd of hens, but the service was friendly and the breakfast was good. The dining could use improvement, and overall, the hotel is great for exploring the beautiful coastline of west Clare.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was initially very cold, but the reception quickly changed it to a lovely, cozy warm one. The rooms were lovely and clean, offering excellent comfort. The service was absolutely amazing, with the staff being very obliging, helpful, friendly, and efficient. The location was superb, right at the top of Main Street in Lahinch, allowing easy exploration of the town and close proximity to nice restaurants, bars, and the sea. The dining experience was great, offering a wide selection of food despite some challenges during a power cut. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money.
The hotel is well-located in town, near nice restaurants, bars, and the sea. The rooms were clean and tidy, with a hint of potential renovation in the future, while spacious enough for our needs. The service was impeccable, with staff always ready to assist, offering beautiful walks on the beach. The dining experience was satisfactory, but with some room for improvement. The hotel's location offers easy access to various activities with a beautiful beach and free parking available.
The hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were nice and clean but a bit warm at night, lacking individual temperature control. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond with a personal touch, though no cocktails were officially served. The location was excellent for exploring the area, with beautiful surroundings and accessibility to local attractions. Dining offered a good selection but could have been warmer and healthier. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I couldn't believe the transformation from the regular rooms in the hallways and adjoining rooms after our long drive there and also the next morning to a suite with our own kitchen and living room was ridiculous. The service was top-notch with staff who were so nice and accommodating, especially the person in charge of the swimming pool who took the time to teach me the techniques in swimming after the first sip of coffee. The location was perfect for our one night stay; wish we had longer to enjoy the facilities more. The dining experience could have been better, but overall, we had a great time.
The hotel rooms were nice and modern after a recent refurbishment, though surprisingly lacked air conditioning for a 4-star property. The rooms were basic yet clean and spacious, providing all the amenities we needed. The service was excellent, with friendly staff making our stay enjoyable. The location was unreal, being very close to the sea and within walking distance of everything. The dining experience was pleasant, but the lack of variety in the menu and cold plates were a downside. Overall, a great place with room for improvement.
What a marvelous gem of a hotel! The rooms were simply stunning, offering a gorgeous view of the strand. The location was fabulous, just a stone's throw away from the promenade and perfect for leisurely walks before breakfast. The service was top-notch, with extremely friendly and accommodating staff who were always ready to assist. However, the room being down two flights of stairs without a lift might be a slight inconvenience, but nothing that the wonderful staff couldn't help with. A truly excellent choice for exploring Lahinch and enjoying a comfortable stay!
The hotel is in a great central location, ideal for touring and enjoying a stroll on the beach. The rooms are newly refurbished but require navigating stairs to reach them, though they offer a basic experience. The service is top-notch with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, ready to assist with any need. The dining options are decent with good variety and fresh selections, pleasing even the pickiest eaters. This hotel provides a convenient base for exploring the town and nearby attractions.
